Leadership in Disabilities & Achievement of Hawai’i

What this organization can help with

Description

The goal of Leadership in Disabilities & Achievement of Hawai’i (LDAH) is to help families and schools to understand the IDEA and how to use it to benefit children with all disabilities. We serve families of children of all ages (birth to 26) and all disabilities (physical, cognitive, behavioral, and emotional) by providing a variety of services including one-on-one support and assistance, workshops, publications, and web sites.

The majority of Parent Center staff and board are parents of children with disabilities, so they are able to bring personal experience and expertise when working with families.
